Professional development is a direct connection with the spiritual and moral (motivations, needs, directions of value, reflexive culture) spheres of the teacher's personality, emotional (emotional state), productive-will (practical preparation, voluntary self-management). The prerequisites for the manifestation of pedagogical creativity are a high level of the general cultural training of the teacher, his personal qualities, the availability and level of knowledge of motivation for creative activity, pedagogical experience and intuition. An integral part of the professional development of the teacher is the improvement of professional competence, which is determined by the level of professional education, experience and individual abilities, his or her desire for continuous self-education and self-improvement, creative and responsible attitude. This article reviews and comments on the formation of professional communication skills for the success of professional activity.
