Abstract

In this article, the function of territorial representation of the upper chamber in the conditions of a two-chamber parliament has been scientifically and theoretically studied. In the article, the task of ensuring territorial representation of the Upper House of Parliament was revealed, and the opinions of law scholars on this issue were analyzed.
