Abstract

The article explores the possibility of using transistors in integrated circuits and rectifier systems. An optimal power converter topology is proposed that fully utilizes the functionality of transistors. The proposed transistor solution provides DC amplification with lower losses and will play a significant role in improving cost efficiency and reliability in low to medium range power rectifier systems.
