Abstract

One of the strategic goals for the development of the higher education system in the Concept for the Development of the Higher Education System of the Republic of Uzbekistan until 2030 is "improving the quality of training highly qualified personnel, developing human capital based on the requirements of the labor market for modernization and stable socio-economic development of the country."
