Today, a young scientist who meets the requirements of today`s world, conducting research in a particular field of knowledge, goes through such complex processes as digging a well with a needle. With his scientific novelty, he contributes to overcoming the problems encountered in society. This includes raising the scientific potential of the country's youth to a high level, as well as increasing the effectiveness of scientific research, improving the quality of training, the rapid introduction of innovations, making new knowledge a key factor in economic growth.
