Abstract

In this article, constitutional-legal relations arise in the process of implementing the norms of constitutional law. Constitutional-legal relations refer to social relations regulated by the norms of constitutional law. The participants of such relations are interconnected by the rights and obligations established by the norms of constitutional law. Its participants have a mutual legal relationship, because they depend on the consciousness of people, and it is said that they are provided, protected, guaranteed by state bodies.
