Abstract

In this article, the reforms carried out in the higher education system today, as well as the problems of improving the quality of education, ways to overcome them, and the effective use of foreign experiences in this regard, as well as opinions and comments on the way to define its perspective, including improvement of educational processes, design of educational activities, organization of scientific research works based on the requirements of the time, as well as development of professional qualities of learners and logical thinking operations.
