Abstract

Gout can have a significant impact on the quality of life (QOL) of patients.The aim of the study was to evaluate the dynamics of QOL indicators and the possibility of achieving the target level of uric acid (UA) in gout patients with inefficiency and/or contraindications to the appointment of allopurinol receiving febuxostat.
