Abstract

This article is the first translation into Uzbek of an e-mail, that is, a letter written by the Afghan-American writer Mir Tamim Ansary to the entire Afghan people and the world after the events of September 11, 2001, in which the author on the scale, especially in the Western and Eastern regions (Afghanistan and America), his burning proposal to maintain peace and to prove that the Afghan people are not terrorists as the whole world thinks, but in fact, it is the work of Bin Laden and his supporters.
