This article is a radical increase the role of private property in the economy and the role of small business and private entrepreneurship in the development of obstacles and restrictions to eliminate, reduce state involvement in the economy, indicators of small business and private entrepreneurship in the gross domestic product to increase the share of small business and private entrepreneurship in the field of theoretical achievements and future development-consists of giving practical suggestions. The stimulation and support of small business and entrepreneurship, the economic power of the country, in our country, peace and stability, social harmony from strengthening of this area is directed to the further improvement of the share. Also, the further liberalization of the economy in the context of the priority directions of development of small business and private entrepreneurship, the provisions of the basis of proposals and recommendations for the solution of scientific and practical problems in this area to continue to develop more consistent attention.
