Abstract

The article deals with the mechanisms of progression of metabolic disorders in patients with concomitant course of hypertension and diabetes mellitus type the most important is the state of insulin resistance, carbohydrate metabolism disturbances, the development of atherogenic dyslipidemia and systemic inflammation in correlation with the imbalance of adipocytokines, which contributes to high risk cardiovascular.
