Abstract

The features of allelic polymorphism of the MTHFR gene (A1298C) were studied among children with congenital defects of the maxillofacial region (CDMR) in Uzbekistan. The study of the genetic polymorphism of MTHFR (A1298C) was carried out by analyzing DNA samples using Real Time PCR.
