Abstract

The current study was conducted at in autism center during the period from June 2022 to February 2023. nine blood samples were collected randomly autism center in Al Najaf province. All samples were screened for T. gondii IgG and IgM antibodies using immunochromatographic test (immunochromatographic, On Site Toxo IgG/IgM Combo Rapid Test) to confirm T. gondii infection.
