SUCCESSFUL CASES OF TUTORING IN ONLINE EDUCATION EXAMPLES OF SUCCESSFUL PRACTICES FROM RUSSIAN AND INTERNATIONAL EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTIONS
Abstract
The application of tutoring in online education is becoming increasingly relevant both in Russia and abroad. This article examines successful tutoring practices in various educational institutions. In Russia, examples include the Armavir State Pedagogical Academy, which has implemented a concept of student professionalization through tutoring support, and the Peoples' Friendship University of Russia, which has become a pioneer in the field of tutoring. The Moscow Institute of Open Education offers retraining courses for future tutors. Abroad, particularly in the United Kingdom, the tutoring system is based on an individualized approach to students, which contributes to enhancing their academic achievements. Additionally, forms of online tutoring are actively developing, allowing for organized learning using modern technologies. In conclusion, it is emphasized that tutoring as a method of individualizing education demonstrates its effectiveness and contributes to creating adaptive educational environments.
