Abstract

The technology of professional competence development of managers based on the andragogic approach includes the goals, the content of the educational material, the purpose of the educational material and the actions to master it, the predicted results of the activity, normative and diagnostic requirements for each stage of training.
The article discusses the technology and requirements for developing the professional competence of managers based on an andragogic approach.
