In the early stages of the disease, cortico-basal degeneration (CBD) provides little information. As the disease progresses, unilateral degeneration of the light pink hemisphere is observed on neuroimaging examination. In the pathogenesis of the disease, not only the colored substance of the basal ganglia is damaged, but also the white matter, which is part of it. The results of this examination supplement the clinical findings and help distinguish primary parkinsonism from secondary parkinsonism. For example, MRI examinations are used to determine the causes of lacunar strokes in the extrapyramidal nuclei, tumors, pathological conditions such as hydrocephalus and diseases, i.e., parkinsonism.
Ollanova Sh. Lymphopenia can be considered as a cardinal laboratory sign with prognostic potential. The neutrophil/lymphocyte ratio and the peak platelet/lymphocyte ratio may also be of prognostic value in determining severe cases. In addition, blood hypercoagulability is common among hospitalized patients with COVID-19. Elevated levels of D-dimer are consistently reported, while their gradual increase during the course of the disease is particularly associated with worsening of the disease. Thus, patients infected with COVID-19, both hospitalized and outpatients, have a high risk of exacerbation of hematological diseases, therefore, early rehabilitation and diagnosis of this pathology is strongly recommended.
Madaripova Dildora Azimjonovna Madaripova Dildora Azimjonovna Copyright (c) 2023 2023-01-07 2023-01-07 4 1 12 20 10.17605/OSF.IO/694FV LEADING TRADITIONS IN THE FORMATION OF THE ARCHITECTURE OF MODERN MOSQUES https://wos.academiascience.org/index.php/wos/article/view/3118
The article presents the results of research conducted by the authors to study the history of formation and current trends in the development and improvement of mosque architecture in Central Asia on the example of Uzbekistan and a number of foreign states.
Akram Namazbayevich Sultanov Akram Namazbayevich Sultanov Copyright (c) 2023 2023-01-07 2023-01-07 4 1 21 28 10.17605/OSF.IO/84CQK INDIVIDUAL PRACTICE OF THE PRINCIPLES OF ORGANIZING THE EDUCATIONAL PROCESS IN PRIMARY EDUCATION https://wos.academiascience.org/index.php/wos/article/view/3119
The article talks about the individual practice of the principles of organizing the educational process in primary education.
Onakhon Mannapovna Jabborova Dinorakhan Turgunbaykizi Saparbaeva Copyright (c) 2023 2023-01-07 2023-01-07 4 1 29 33 SOCIOPRAGMATIC FUNCTIONS OF DISCOURSE MARKERS IN TEXTS RELATED TO EDUCATIONAL PROCESS https://wos.academiascience.org/index.php/wos/article/view/3120
This work is an attempt to clarify the importance of discourse markers in the educational process. French is spoken by only 80-100 million people, but the quantitative figure includes not only people for whom this language is native, but also those with whom it is possible to communicate in this language. Therefore, they distinguish between francophones with a native French language (locuteurs à titre maternel) and francophones with a second French language (locuteurs à titre secondaire). The national and cultural specificity of the implementation of the concept of “hospitality” in the Russian language consciousness is due to the peculiarities of the national character, namely: the objectification of the concept of “breadth of the Russian soul”. Paleontological sources characterizing the rate of evolution of biogeographical transformations were identified as a result of paleogeographical study of cultural horizons at the historical monuments of the early anthropogen Selungur, Sokh, Chashma, Obzhaz and a newly discovered complex of objects in the eastern part of the Fergana region - Khanobad. Based on the paleogeographic study, the stages of the history of the evolutionary formation of nature, against which the development of the most ancient cultures of mankind took place, are detailed. Two phosphate sources were also tested to find out the best phosphate source for bacterial growth. The results revealed that a pH of 8 is optimal for these bacteria to consume hydrocarbons. For bacterial growth and biodegradation, the nitrogen supply NaNO3, the phosphate sources K2HPO4 and KH2PO4, and the incubation temperature of 35°C are ideal.. Methods like project-based learning (PBL), cooperative learning (CBL), and outcome-based learning (OBL) have drawn a lot of interest. It is particularly important to look into the advantages and difficulties of these methods in various settings. Therefore, the current exploratory study sought to investigate how students at IPER (The Institute of Pharmaceutical Education and Research)"Pharmacy" course regarded the advantages and drawbacks of integrating PBL into ESP classes (IPER). The learning of English is no longer for its own reason but rather for using the language in a range of circumstances as Pharmacy students integrates into the global economy. Due to this circumstance, ESP courses have been included to the foreign language curricula of institute of pharmaceutical education and research. However, the current conventional approach used in ESP education has been put to the test by the pedagogical trend towards more communicative approaches in language teaching. The inclusion of PBL into present ESP courses is suggested as a solution to the challenges raised above by this paper's examination of the key concerns relating to ESP teaching and learning practice in Uzbekistan. The study's conclusions show that adding PBL to ESP classes provides more advantages for the students than disadvantages.
Akhmedova Dilnoza Anvarovna Tolipov Begzod Batirovich Copyright (c) 2023 2023-01-28 2023-01-28 4 1 945 950 10.17605/OSF.IO/VK5DS MORAL CRISIS OF INDIVIDUALS IN ZADIE SMITH’S “WHITE TEETH” https://wos.academiascience.org/index.php/wos/article/view/3213
In this article, the central issue of discussion is morality crisis of an individual. Ischemic heart disease is one of the most common causes of heart failure and is usually associated with coronary heart disease, defined by the presence of one or more obstructive plaques that cause a decrease in coronary blood flow, causing myocardial ischemia and, as a result, heart failure. Coronary artery disease (CHD) determines a decrease in the supply of oxygen to the myocardium, which causes a violation of the contraction and relaxation of the myocardium. In this regard, "modern" cardiology pays great attention to the study of epicardial atheromatous plaque, its etiology, prevention, diagnostic and therapeutic interpretation.
Naimova Sh.A. Casting defects are the only limitation in any casting process. The sandblasting process faces the same problem. It is very important to determine the optimal conditions for obtaining minimal casting defects. A simple method that most companies use is trial and error. But due to error-prone results and expensive and time-consuming restrictions, this method causes a lot of costs to the company. In this article, an attempt has been made to minimize casting defects by following proper practice during sand casting. From Casting Defects and their Remedies, it has been found that defects can be reduced by controlling the quality of molding sand, such as sand grain size, clay content, and moisture content. From the sand test, it was found that the clay content of the molding sand is very high and the sand particle size is coarse. This resulted in various sand-casting defects such as impact holes, compaction, sand inclusions, etc. It is very important to take preventive measures to improve quality and productivity at the industrial level. Sand casting defects can be successfully reduced by following proper practices such as proper melt treatment, optimum sand quality, correct casting temperature. All rights reserved. Two approaches to assessing the factors characteristic of the components of the passability parameters are considered. It was revealed that the indication of the density of the road network and the issues of pedestrian accessibility of the city of Tashkent do not meet the accepted standards.
