This article is aimed at analyzing the role and importance of cultural research and pedagogical innovation in the teaching of the small lyrical works of Alisher Navoi. The article discusses the cultural context of Navoi poetry, its relation to its time and people, as well as its role in developing cross-cultural understanding for readers. With the help of the application of pedagogical innovations, interactive approaches, group work and other modern methods, students are shown opportunities for the formation of deep spiritual and moral concepts in the teaching of Navoi’s works. Through cross-cultural approaches, it is important to introduce students to values and historical heritage on a global scale, as well as to develop pedagogical strategies to make Navoi’s works more interesting and effective available to readers. This article will be useful for educators and literary scholars in the study of modern methods of teaching Navoi’s small lyrical works.
