Abstract

In the article, the pedagogical possibilities of improving the educational activities of students in higher education institutions are widely adopted, teaching in accordance with the abilities and opportunities of students, the introduction of a differentiated approach and the use of advanced pedagogical technologies of education, factors influencing the formation of students as specialists, the professional development of our higher education pedagogues in the modern education process. Competency levels that are important in the activity are covered in detail.
