Abstract

This article is devoted to the issues of optimizing the process of diagnosing infertility in women with a history of hyperprolactinemia. Hyperprolactinemia is one of the important causes of hormonal imbalance in women of reproductive age, which can lead to ovulation disorders, changes in the menstrual cycle and infertility. The study analyzes the role of clinical, laboratory and instrumental examinations in diagnosing infertility that has developed against the background of hyperprolactinemia. In particular, attention is paid to the issues of determining the level of prolactin in the blood serum, magnetic resonance imaging of the pituitary gland, assessment of reproductive hormone indicators, and differential diagnosis. Also, the possibilities of gradually improving the diagnostic process, reducing unnecessary examinations, and increasing the effectiveness of treatment through early detection are highlighted. The results of the study indicate the importance of using an individual and comprehensive approach to diagnosing infertility associated with hyperprolactinemia in practical medicine and serve to improve reproductive health.
