Abstract

This article analyzes the legal guarantees of children's social rights, and the harmony between international standards and national legislation. It examines the elimination of the worst forms of child labor, support for children in need of social protection, and their rights to education and medical services. Furthermore, the role of the state in ensuring the best interests of children and the issues of fostering a society of zero tolerance towards child rights violations are highlighted.
